PLEASE NOTE:

Our prices are based on a 7 night stay. On request extra or fewer nights may be available and will be charged on a pro rata basis.

All prices quoted are for the villa per week and not per person. This does not include pool heating which can be paid when booking or locally if required. Prices do not include flights, car hire, insurance or transfers.

All of the prices quoted are full and inclusive of local taxes.

Our property managers are available to provide any extra requirements you may have e.g. cots, high chairs etc, and ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

(Such extras are charged locally by our management team)

Pool heating is advisable outside of the summer months (November - April) and can be arranged at the same time of booking or locally through our mangement team. This is payable at:

£70 ($120) per week / £10 ($17) per day .

Please view the availability calendar and then email or ring us for confirmation of booking availability prior to the sending of any funds.

To make a booking please send a non-refundable deposit of £125 ($200) per week plus the cost of pool heater if required. Please send this together with a signed terms & conditions and completed printable booking form.

WE ACCEPT PAYMENTS BY CHEQUE.

On receipt of your deposit and bank clearance we will contact you with confirmation. The balance is due two calendar months prior to departure. Our terms and conditions are there to protect our guests and ensure you have a safe and happy holiday.
